On the evening of 8 August 2026, the MMA Alumni Abu Dhabi Chapter — AdMMAc — was officially launched. Alumni from across India, the Gulf, the UK, North America and beyond gathered online to open a permanent home for the community that began at the MMA Hostel in Egmore.

The evening ran in two segments. It opened with the chapter’s launch and the live unveiling of the AdMMAc mark, followed by the premiere of Hostel Memories — a documentary on the people and places of Kennet Lane. Global Connect then brought alumni together to share where the journey from Egmore had taken them.
